Cancellation and refund policy
IMPORTANT: Refund is possible in case of incorrect or damaged product delivered.
Returns & Exchange:
- We have a 3-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your should share unboxing video of the product to show the damaged or incorrect piece delivered.
- We will process your refund back to the source once returned product is checked and return is approved by our team. It should reflect in your bank account/credit card in 3-7 business days. Please note custom made products will not be returned for any reason other than incorrect or defective product delivered.
